The attached describes a project management opening in Washington, DC, reporting to Jim Thie, Chief Information Officer at American Lung Association.
Ten years of business analysis experience – LEAN/Six Sigma preferred.
Eight years of project management experience – PMI certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a large project team
Bachelor’s Degree required.
o Multi-year, multi-million dollar scope
Strong written and verbal communications skills and strong customer service skills.
Manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced highly technical environment.
For profit and non-profit experience.
Lead efforts for a wide range of systems experience such as CRM, donor management, web, financial, and learning management systems.
Possess decision-making skills.
o Internal and external project participants, inclusive of multiple vendors
o Understands strategic vision and delivers solutions against that vision
