3-  The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is hiring Information Technology Specialist Applications Software (Test Team Member). The incumbent serves as an Information Technology Specialist (Test Team Member) within the Application Design and Development Branch (ADDB) and is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting software testing in support of Agency mission requirements.  The FSIS is the public health agency in the U.S. Department of Agriculture responsible for ensuring that the nation’s commercial supply of meat, poultry, and egg products is safe, wholesome and correctly labeled and packaged.
