Top 3 for 17 April 2018:
1- Summer 2018 and Fall 2018 registrations are ongoing. Continuing students may register for classes on GWeb. Students can view list of course offerings via the registrar’s website. Students are responsible for reviewing their record in GWeb to ensure they do not have any holds on their record. Holds can prevent students from registering, adding or dropping classes, receiving transcripts, obtaining grades, or graduating. Holds are placed on student accounts for various reasons, such as tuition fee due to GW, the need to meet with your advisor, placement on probation, or unmet program requirements. Learn more about holds on the Office of the Registrar site.
2- As announced on the newsletter last week, GW is hosting two events this month (see below). Students are highly encouraged to attend. Attendees will receive Professional Development Units (PDUs). Registration is free for students.
PM University Talks featuring Alan Zucker, PMP (CEO, Project Management Essentials); Chris Girolamo, PMP (Vice President, Software and Systems Engineering Group STG, Inc.); and David S. Maurer, PMP (Ret. Lieutenant Colonel, USA). University PM Talks offer certified PMPs 1.5 Professional Development Units (PDUs) in the following categories:
- Technical Project Management (0.5)
