As a reminder, Spring 2020 registration begins on Thursday, November 14. All students must register for courses listed on their DegreeMAP. The DegreeMAP is accessed by logging in to GWeb Information System. Go to Student Records & Registration → Student Records Information Menu → DegreeMAP.

Agenda and Cost: This luncheon is free and open to the public. Advance registration is required to attend.

About the Presentation: When Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) has a sound ground in facilitating knowledge learning. Using NLP creates a rapport environment to gain trust from participants. Our audience pay much more attention because they are engaged and empowered to express themselves. The presentation explains the learning process through knowledge flow from an individual, a pair, to a group. It will explain how to use NLP internal representation in auditory, visualization, and kinaesthetic to develop, internalize, and utilize new knowledge. The outcome of the presentation is to enhance facilitators’ skills in relation to establish a rapport environment to have a better understanding of people’s thought processes, behaviours, and language for successful facilitation sessions.

About the Speaker.
Dr. Saya Sone is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Enterprise Agile Coach, a professor at VIU (Virginia International University), and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Dr. Sone’s passion is to help her clients such as CTO, CIO, CEO, Individuals, and teams to discover their new beliefs, thoughts, directions, or emotions that strengthen their capabilities to accomplish their priorities.

Her happiness is to be a partner when her clients grown in their potentials. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and wrote two books Business Value of Agile Methods: Maximizing ROI with Just-in-Time Processes and Documentation” and Mapping Agile Practices to Project Management Challenges.
