The GW MSPM program is proud to sponsor the 2nd Annual New Mexico International Project Management Day 2014 in Albuquerque, NM on 6 Nov. The PMI Otowi Bridge and Rio Grande Chapters are hosting a conference on 6 Nov at the Sandia Resort & Casino. On Friday, 7 Nov, Dr. Sam Ghosh, adjunct professor in the MSPM program, is leading a half-day session on risk management. Register to attend one or both events!

Brailsford & Dunlavey Recruiting at GWSB, 27 Oct
Representatives from Brailsford & Dunlavey will be on campus Monday, 27 Oct, 5-8 p.m. to recruit from GWSB. Brailsford & Dunlavey is a program management firm with comprehensive in-house facility planning capabilities. An MSPM alum, Shilpa Khatri, LEED AP, PMP is a project manager at the firm and will be in attendance. Make plans to attend!

Free Registration to PMI Global Congress 2014-North America

The MSPM program is offering one free registration to an MSPM student who is interested in attending the PMI Global Congress 2014-North America in Phoenix, AZ 26-28 Oct. The event provides attendees the opportunity to gain fresh ideas, learn new skills, advance their careers, and build a professional network. Contact Cambria Happ, program director, for details at chapp@gwu.edu. Offer is restricted to registration for the event, a $1,750 value. Travel, lodging, meals, and all other associated expenses are the responsibility of the individual.

Fall Graduation Application Deadline, 1 Oct

All degree-seeking students who will complete their degree requirements in the fall 2014 semester must apply for graduation via the online graduation application in GWeb by 1 Oct. Students who miss the published deadline must use the late paper application and will be assess a $35 late application fee.
