processes all transcript request for current students and alumni, as well as certification letters for enrollment, registration, graduation, and academic standing. Official transcript
requests can be submitted online using the Transcripts Express service in GWeb or in person via the Office of the Registrar.

? Current students can obtain enrollment certificates through a GWeb link to the National Student Clearing house. Instructions and list of available certification types available online.
• Summer Session II Begins Monday, 6 Jul
The second summer session begins Monday. Students may register online via GWeb through Sunday, 5 Jul, without incurring a financial penalty. Registrations processed Monday, 6 Jul, or later will incur a late registration fee.
Seats are still available in DNSC 6259 Project Portfolio Mgt if you are interested. Register via GWeb. Contact me with any questions, but please note that GW closes today at 2 p.m. EST and will reopen Monday at 9 a.m. EST.

The GW PMA is proud to sponsor a PMP prep course organized by the PMI Washington DC Chapter. The event is open to all GW students interested in pursuing the PMP certification. Event will be held on two consecutive weekends, 2-3 May and 9-10 May. Register now, space is limited!

•Summer and Fall 2015 Classes
Registration is now open for both the summer and fall 2015 semesters. Review your plans in DegreeMAP, schedule an advisement session with me, and register for classes to ensure you earn the seat in the course/section you want/need.
As a reminder, all general elective courses must be approved by your advisor to apply to the degree requirements. Failure to receive approval for your general elective may result in you having to take additional courses. Schedule an advisement session, plan ahead, and never make assumptions. Please also remember that you have both a general elective requirement to fulfill and a DNSC elective requirement. A DNSC elective is one that is offered by the Decision Sciences Department. Consult DegreeMAP to confirm your individual program requirements.
• VALOR Professional Credentialing Grant
The Office of Military and Veteran Student Services and GW Career Services are proud to announce a new initiative aimed to support our VALOR students in their efforts towards professional development. The VALOR Professional Credentialing Grant allows for eligible VALOR students to apply for reimbursement grants towards a number of professional certification exams. 10 exams are included on the list, the PMP being of most relevance to MSPM students. VALOR and the Office of Military Affairs in conjunction with GW Career Services is proud to announce a new initiative aimed at supporting our VALOR students at GW in their efforts towards professional development with the advent of the VALOR Professional Credentialing Grant. Eligible VALOR students may apply for a reimbursement grant to be applied towards a number of professional certification exams. Spring 2014 Scholarships, 16 Dec Deadline
Scholarship funding has been made available to current MSPM students in the spring 2014 semester. We will award a total of four scholarships, each in the amount of $3,596.25. Full details of each scholarship, the eligibility criteria, and the applications are available on www.gwprojectmanagement.org. Applications must be submitted on or before 11:59pm EST December 16, 2013; we will not accept late applications.
Fall 2013 Course Feedback Surveys
As we near the end of the fall 2013 semester, the professors will begin to discuss the feedback surveys. We encourage all students to provide their open and honest feedback in these surveys so that we can improve the curriculum and faculty for the betterment of the program. The surveys are completely anonymous and will have no effect on your final grade in the course. Review the schedule for the survey release so that you may provide your feedback within the 5 day window.
