1- Summer Session 2 Begins 5 Jul

Summer Session 2 begins Monday, 5 Jul. You still have time to register for an approved elective course. Monday, 11 Jul, is the last day to add or drop summer session 2 courses via GWeb.

2- MSPM Student Ambassadors

A few of you have been recommended by the program to become an MSPM Student Ambassadors and be a part of the new GW School of Business Admissions Ambassador initiative. Please watch out for an email invitation to join the Graduate Ambassador Program from Ms. Elise Phalen, GWSB Graduate Admissions Coordinator. The invitation means you have been chosen to represent the MSPM program in the admissions process by giving prospective students the opportunity to connect with the campus and GW community! You are highly encouraged to accept the invitation.

If you did not receive an email from Elise and would like to be considered as an MSPM Student Ambassador, please email Agnes Socrates at aesocrates@gwu.edu and provide a two-paragraph summary on how you can represent the MSPM program within and outside GWU no later than 8 July.

Free Access to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 365
The GW Division of IT announced in July that Microsoft Office Professional Plus 365 is available at no cost to all current students. You are able to install full versions of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) on up to 5 PCs or Macs and up to 5 mobile devices. Log in to https://portal.office.com using your full GW email address (NetID@gwu.edu) and corresponding GW NetID password.

WebEx Now Available to GW Students
The GW DIT also announced in July that WebEx is now available to all GW students. The collaborative meeting tool allows for real-time video meetings and sharing of computer content over the web. Students can host WebEx meetings for free using a computer for up to 8 attendees. To begin using, login to gwstudent.webex.com with your GW NetID and corresponding password.
