•Free Access to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 365
The GW Division of IT announced in July that Microsoft Office Professional Plus 365 is available at no cost to all current students. You are able to install full versions of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) on up to 5 PCs or Macs and up to 5 mobile devices. Log in to https://portal.office.com using your full GW email address (NetID@gwu.edu) and corresponding GW NetID password.
•WebEx Now Available to GW Students
The GW DIT also announced in July that WebEx is now available to all GW students. The collaborative meeting tool allows for real-time video meetings and sharing of computer content over the web. Students can host WebEx meetings for free using a computer for up to 8 attendees. To begin using, login to gwstudent.webex.com with your GW NetID and corresponding password. •AY 2015-2016 Tuition Rates Released
The tuition rates for the 2015-2016 academic year were released last week. The per credit hour rate for summer 2015, fall 2015, and spring 2016 semesters will be $1,545. The student association fee will also increase to $2.25 per credit hour.
• Save the Date for the 3rd International Workshop on Megaprojects, 4-5 Jun
The MSPM program is proud to host the 3rd International Workshop on Megaprojects: Theory Meets Practice. The event will take place in Duques Hall, 4-5 Jun. As more information becomes available, the website will be updated. Registration will open soon. Stay tuned!
•Regalia for the May 2015 Graduation
We are aware that the Herff Jones website does not reflect the correct dates for the School of Business Celebration events for both undergraduates and graduates. The responsible parties are correcting the issue. Once updated, I will notify all graduating students so that you may order your regalia.
For those planning to purchase regalia at the Commencement Fair, the fair is scheduled for 24-28 Mar at the GW Campus Store in Foggy Bottom. A Commencement Fair is also scheduled at the Virginia Science and Technology Campus on 9 Apr, 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
•Summer 2015 Short-Term Study Abroad Application Deadline, 16 Feb
The deadline to apply for the summer 2015 programs has been extended to Monday, 16 Feb. GWSB is offering five faculty-led programs and six short-term exchanges. Full details are available online

• AFCEA Educational Foundation Scholarships
The AFCEA Educational Foundation awards multiple scholarships annually. The graduate-level scholarships are open to those currently enrolled in their second semester with at least two semester-equivalent courses per term. A current overall GPA of 3.0 or higher is required. Visit the AFCEA site for more information and to apply. Contact AFCEA directly with questions.
•Spring Career & Internship Fair, 11 Feb
This fair provides opportunities for students and alumni to meet with employers from a variety of industries recruiting for full-time, part-time, and internship positions. More than 100 organizations will be on site. Log in to GWorkSB to RSVP for the fair and learn about the employers and positions available.

David Fowler Career Center. Remember, these services continue once you graduate from the program.
•Federal Contracting: An Option for Government Employment
For those interested in federal contracting jobs in the DC metro area, attend the 10 Feb event at the Marvin Center, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Lockheed Martin, Leidos, LMI, and AgileX are among the companies represented at the event. RSVP in GWork.
