An introduction to Performance Improvement 
Our Performance Improvement team is all about helping clients improve security and efficiency, while also reducing their costs. We help clients by delivering assessment, transformation and process efficiency solutions in a variety of specialty areas.
Program Management
Our Program Management teams provide comprehensive services to design build and operate large complex transformational programs, including the following: PMO design, build and operate; Program transformation project management; Program delivery effectiveness.
Requirements for a position with the Program Management team include the following:
• Pursuing a master’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering and/or Business (Operations or Project Management) is preferred
• Experiences as a team lead on large scale complex programs with exposure to the following:  PMO Support, Project Management, Program Development/Testing, Business Requirements Analysis, Quality Assurance and large ERP implementation
• PMP is preferred
Work Locations include: Chicago, Dallas, New York, and San Francisco

Consigli Construction – Project Engineer and Project Management Intership

Consigli Construction, based in Milford, MA, is a construction management firm and general contractor with geographic reach throughout the Northeast and New England. Consigli was recently awarded a restoration project at the Smithsonian Renwick Gallery across the street from the White House. As such, Consigli will be opening a DC office and will be looking dedicated interns and employees in the industry to fill these positions.

To be considered, a candidate MUST have former experience working/interning for a general contractor or engineering office. Full-time Marketing Database Internship with ESI International in Arlington, VA

ESI International has a full-time marketing database internship position available at their Arlington, VA headquarters.  The position is planned for a one-year term.

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, Corporate and Open Enrollment Marketing, the Marketing Database Intern is a technical role that will assist with data quality, maintenance and integrity for ESI’s open enrollment contacts within our Eloqua database. In addition, this role will conduct research and assist with the procurement of contacts (leads) to supplement the existing database, toward reaching our open enrollment sales and marketing goals.
