GWSB Career Fair, 30 Sep
Tomorrow is the GWSB Career Fair hosted by the F. David Fowler Career Center and sponsored by Macy’s, Aon, and Deloitte. Registration required via GWorkSB >> Events >> Career Fairs. Event takes place in Duques Hall from 12:30-4 p.m. Employers represented at the fair include M Powered Strategies, Kimpton Hotels, Under Armour, Raytheon, and the Sanofi Group. M Powered Strategies is hiring graduate students in their Government Consulting Internship Program. Interns would work for 10-15 hours per week for either one or two semesters in a paid position. Apply online via http://goo.gl/forms/uYNKLtQwMU.

GW October Entrepreneurship Research & Policy Conference, 15-16 Oct

GWSB Career Week 2015

The F. David Fowler Career Center will host the 3rd  Annual  GWSB Career Week September 8 – 11, 2015 for all GWSB students.  The week will be filled with programming involving faculty, alumni and employers aimed at preparing GWSB students to compete effectively in the employment market while networking and connecting with hiring decision makers.  Employers will launch a frenzy of recruiting in late September through mid-November and again in late January through early May and our students must be ready.
Career Week programming will include industry and functional panels, one-on-one interviews with executives,alumni round-table sessions for international students, professional head shots, a LinkedIn clinic and an information session with The World Bank.
Review a list of Career Week events and activities. Register to attend the various events through GWorkSB. GWorkSB >> Events >> Workshops. Space is limited and admission is on a first registered basis.

The GW MSPM program is proud to sponsor the 2nd Annual New Mexico International Project Management Day 2014 in Albuquerque, NM on 6 Nov. The PMI Otowi Bridge and Rio Grande Chapters are hosting a conference on 6 Nov at the Sandia Resort & Casino. Cost Estimator Position in Bingen, WA – Insitu

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate Statement of Work across all required business units, segments, divisions, functions, and disciplines for business proposals of varying complexity.  Identify and quantify cost drivers, risk factors, and perform cost/trade/make/buy analysis supporting available technical solutions.  Determine alternative solutions, affordability, best-value approach, prepare the Basis of Estimate (BOE), and independently prepare supportive estimates, prices, and risk assessments.
