Hosted by the GW Master of Science in Project Management (MSPM) program, the PMIWDC Washington Circle Luncheon is a series of free brown-bag luncheons featuring industry experts in project management. The event is free, however pre-registration is preferred.

Agility is a strategic issue. It is essential to any organizations not only to survive but to thrive! The ability to respond to change is becoming more and more important every day. In this session, we will explore the 3 key ingredients to enabling organization agility and how to apply them to enable a more agile organization. Then, we apply a sponsor management process and various techniques and tools to help you focus your sponsor on precisely what they need to know, help them understand what is expected of them throughout the project lifecycle, and how they can support you through the process of managing a project.

Salah Elleithy, gets the most joy out of sparking curiosity in learning and experimentation. Over the years, he worked in business analysis, management, agile coaching and consulting. Salah is passionate about organizational development and enhancing teams capabilities through teaching, training, coaching and facilitation. He views his work as helping organizations design a community (culture) of learning. A couple of years ago, he attended training from the BACK of the room which focus on
accelerated learning and brain based instructional design models and instantly saw the connection between learning and agility. Salah is also the founder and learning facilitator of SparkAgility. He also served as the product manager for ReadyforAgile. Salah organizes and facilitates Agile NOVA meetup.
