•Free Access to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 365
The GW Division of IT announced in July that Microsoft Office Professional Plus 365 is available at no cost to all current students. You are able to install full versions of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) on up to 5 PCs or Macs and up to 5 mobile devices. Log in to https://portal.office.com using your full GW email address (NetID@gwu.edu) and corresponding GW NetID password.
•WebEx Now Available to GW Students
The GW DIT also announced in July that WebEx is now available to all GW students. The collaborative meeting tool allows for real-time video meetings and sharing of computer content over the web. Students can host WebEx meetings for free using a computer for up to 8 attendees. To begin using, login to gwstudent.webex.com with your GW NetID and corresponding password. Consigli Construction, based in Milford, MA, is a construction management firm and general contractor with geographic reach throughout the Northeast and New England. Consigli was recently awarded a restoration project at the Smithsonian Renwick Gallery across the street from the White House. As such, Consigli will be opening a DC office and will be looking dedicated interns and employees in the industry to fill these positions.
To be considered, a candidate MUST have former experience working/interning for a general contractor or engineering office.
