We are proud to announce that our MSPM Alum, William Davis (2014) has been selected as one of the presenters for the PMI Global Congress – North America 2016. William’s topic, Easily Estimate Projects Using Statistical PERT was accepted and approved on June 2nd under Technical sessions category. Presentation will take place on September 26 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA. PMI® Global Congress 2016 – North America brings together thousands of project and program managers, leaders and business professionals from around the world for a series of exceptional education and networking opportunities. Congress helps develop personal skill sets – from technical and leadership to strategic and business management, empowering professionals to achieve personal career goals, and drive immediate business results to positively impact organizational objectives.
William is presenting his own estimation technique, Statistical PERT, which is a technique he created to compliment the work done by MSPM Professors Cioffi and Khamooshi who developed the Unified Scheduling Method. Read more about William’s presentation.
In an email message to the program, William mentioned, “The work I did to create Statistical PERT was wholly due to what I learned while in the MSPM program. I wouldn’t be presenting in San Diego had it not been for my MSPM graduate degree, and all the hard work and learning that it represents.”
William Davis graduated from the MSPM program and was a recipient of the MSPM Academic Excellence Award in 2014. Since graduation he has been an active MSPM Ambassador and has consistently offered his time to serve as the panel moderator during student orientations. Congratulations on your recent success, William!
