1- Summer 2017 STAP Application Deadline on 26 Feb. Sunday, 26 February is the deadline to apply for one of the summer 2017 Short-Term Study Away Programs (STAP). The MSPM program may allow students to take STAP and apply it toward the general elective requirement. The course must first be approved by your adviser, Agnes Socrates (firstname.lastname@example.org).
2- Student Responsibilities: Holds. Reminder as the Summer 2017 registration approaches, students are responsible for reviewing their record in GWeb to ensure they do not have any holds on their record. Holds can prevent students from registering, adding or dropping classes, receiving transcripts, obtaining grades, or graduating. Holds are placed on student accounts for various reasons, such as tuition fee due to GW, the need to meet with academic adviser, placement on probation or suspension, or unmet program requirements. 3- Two free registrations to the Winter 2017 PMP Prep Course. As posted on the blog last week, the MSPM program is pleased to offer two free registrations to the Winter 2017 PMP Prep course by PMI Washington DC chapter. The application has closed on Thursday, 16 February. We thank those who expressed interest in receiving free registration. Decision has been made today and those who applied should have received an email regarding status of their applications.

1- Lecture Capture Service. A new lecture capture system is installed in Duques rooms where MSPM lectures are taught (254, 255 and 258). The new system is being managed by our local GWSB IT team. Problems downloading or viewing lectures online? E-mail email@example.com.
2-Fall Registration. As a reminder, the last day to add a course via GWeb is Sunday, 11 September at 10pm. If you plan to add a course, make the decision early to avoid missed lectures and/or assignments. Sunday, 25 September at 10pm is the last day to drop classes online for the fall semester. After this date students will receive a notation of ‘W’ on their transcripts. Review withdrawals and refund information via the registrar’s website prior to dropping.
3-Short Term Study Away Programs (STAP). The GWSB Global & Experiential Education team has announced the winter/spring break program offerings. The courses qualify as general electives for the MSPM degree. Hear from faculty who will be leading programs, and meet students who have previously participated in these programs at this session. Come to the Short-term Study Away Information Session hosted by the GWUSB Global and Experiential Education team:
